Distinguish the quality of non-woven materials
There are several types of non-woven bags:
1. PP searches for spunbond non-woven fabrics, which are the most non-woven materials used to make non-woven bags on the market. Most of the non-woven bags are produced from this material. For this material, there are white and colored, as well as PP non-woven fabrics that are only produced by PP slices and added with calcium powder as filler. For non-woven manufacturers, when selling non-woven coils, they are sold by tonnage, so the ones with higher gram weight will be sold cheaper, because the output per unit time is high and the cost is low, so the same raw material Thick non-woven fabrics are cheaper than thin ones, except those that are too thick and too thin. Transparent ones are generally produced from pure PP slices, without adding recycled materials or calcium powder filling, the cost is relatively high, and it will be more expensive. Most of the colored ones are added with recycled materials, which are relatively cheap.
The hand feel is completely caused by the processing temperature and pressure in the production of PP spunbond non-woven fabrics, which has no direct relationship with the price.
2. Needle-punched non-woven fabrics, there are also bags made of needle-punched non-woven fabrics on the market, which are generally relatively high-end, you can see the needle eye, the weight of needle-punched non-woven fabrics is generally higher, and the cost will be higher.
3. Spunlace non-woven fabric, this is the most high-grade fabric used in making bags. The spunlace non-woven fabric is soft to the touch and has no hairiness on the surface, so the price will be more expensive. At present, only foreign consumers can afford it, or it is like packaging high-end electronic equipment with spunlace non-woven bags.
Generally, supermarket shopping bags are PP spunbond non-woven fabrics. These bags have the same gram weight. White ones are more expensive than colored ones (because colored ones are more likely to add recycled materials), and those without recycled materials and calcium are more expensive. Powder filling is more expensive than added!
